Do re mi we swim (orchestra) shows an orchestra of ceramic abstract-fishlike whistles in front of a photo collage. Each one is individually tuned and together they form an ensemble. A soundscape created from the sounds of the instruments brings all the elements together: the cyanotype photo collage, the ten meter long etching that resembles a musical score, the instruments and the fountain. In addition, visitors can join in by playing the foot pumps.
Besides being a multi-layered work that is made out of several elements, it’s a dive into the mental body, this inner world, the realm of the imaginative.
