“We found roots and plugs sticking out of the ground in our backyard and we couldn’t figure out where they came from, since we don’t have a big tree there. We followed them all the way to Het Bos. Turns out they are everywhere, connecting everything around us. We decided to make this place here [Het Bos] our archaeology site where we will dig up as much as we can find. We heard rumors of a feast that happened in this location decades ago, coming out of a tree and nurturing and feeding everything around it.”
